The 3rd session of the DSIC’s Staff (Members) Representative Conference was held on August 5.
Accompanied by majestic music, all those present stood up, singing Chinese National Anthem loudly.
At the conference, the 3rd session of DSIC’s Labor Union Committee members and Funds Examination Committee members have been voted; delivered the work report of the 3rd session of the DSIC’s Staff (Members) Representative Conference for deliberation and approval; listened to DSIC GM Yu Fengping’s administrative report entitled as Enhance Confidence, Brave Difficulties, Strive Hard to Accomplish Various Annual Work Targets and Tasks; DSIC Chairman and Party Secretary Liu Zheng gave a speech.
Yu Fengping has comprehensively summed up DSIC’s job achievements achieved in the 1st half year in his administrative report, made an objective analysis on the situation and challenges in the 2nd half year faced by DSIC and also defined the major production & operation targets and key works in the 2nd half year: first, adhere to quality above all and build up excellent military products; second, oriented by market and customer, strive for business breakthrough; third, optimize production process organization and management, and deepen promoting meticulous and professional management on production; fourth, focus on demand side, and enhance product R&D; fifth, practice internal work hard, push offshore engineering, ship repair /demolition and heavy industry into an orbit of healthy development; Sixth, sum up experiences, and drive Intelligent Manufacture expansion towards more areas actively; seventh, strengthen management and control, guarantee quality and stabilize safety; eighth, make a strict assessment so as to promote meticulous level of cost down and benefit up; ninth, improve quality and increase efficiency so as to raise various basic management levels vigorously.
Liu Zheng stressed in his speech that, in the 1st half year, DSIC has forged ahead and overcome difficulties to gain a lot of successes. As for the work in the 2nd half year, he brought forward eight requirements: implement the requirements of CSIC’s 2016 Party Building Work Meeting in earnest, enhance execution, conduct real practice and solid work, and refine measures so as to ensure realization of various tasks and targets; ensure completion of the year-long targets and tasks so as to make a good beginning for the 13th Five-year Plan; implement the idea of Military Products First with keen sense of responsibility and sense of mission; carry out quality improvement and efficiency increase comprehensively; accelerate in promoting IM new pattern; enhance Two Learns and One Do so as to set an image for party members; center on production and operation so as to raise party building work to a new level; implement Two Responsibilities so as to go deep into party and government ethical construction.
The resolution to the 3rd session of the DSIC’s Staff (Members) Representative Conference (draft) was deliberated and approved at the Conference.
Along with sonorous DSIC’s group song, the 3rd session of the DSIC’s Staff (Members) Representative Conference was concluded triumphantly.
