On January 4, DSIC held the signing ceremony for the delivery of No.44 115,000dwt crude oil / product tanker built for Maersk.
With the total length of 250m, width of 44m, depth of 21.9m, deadweight tonnage of 115,000dwt, structural draft of 15.35m and design speed of 14.5k, the ship is registered with Lloyd's Register of Shipping in Britain under the Singapore flag. In order to meet the requirements of energy-saving design, an energy-saving regulating wheel is installed on the stern tube in front of the propeller of the ship, and the light turning margin of the propeller is not less than 3%.
