On November 30th, CSIC held a video conference learning the “Regulations Of The Communist Party Of China On Disciplinary Measures”, and invited Li Xianfeng, the Director Of Theoretical Research Office Of The Research Department Of The Central Commission For Discipline Inspection, to give a lecture on the newly revised “Regulations Of The Communist Party Of China On Disciplinary Measures”. Feng Yongqiang, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of CSIC, took the chair of the meeting. The leading group, the middle-level cadres and the members of the grass-roots branch of DSIC attended the meeting through video in the branch meeting hall.
Li Xianfeng combined the lecture with typical cases and carried out a simple interpretation of the new spirit and new requirements of the “Regulations” from aspects like the background and necessity of the revision of the “Regulations”, the main content of the “Regulations”, and the earnest study and implementation of the “Regulations” and so on, including not only the practical application of the regulations, but also the warning for preventive measures, rich in content and strong in pertinence and practicability. He gave a lesson about clear government to the party member cadres that attended the meeting, with clear topic and rich connotation, which was also vivid and thought-provoking.
